We 2 have options:
Option A- interested parties place retainer ($500) on picks for a specific litter. We usually offer the first 3 picks available for retainers. These are first come first serve, in the order of retainer received.
Once our babies have made it earth side and we are at home and settled in (mom and babies doing well) we reach out to these families to make their selection. We move down the list until all 3 families have made their selections. The remaining puppies are then offered to the public.
Option B - You fall in love between 8-10 weeks of age, at this point no retainer is necessary and you may swing by and pick up your baby and pay in full the same day.
Breeding is my hobby, I am a full time licensed
Real Estate Agent in Illinois + mom of 5 human babies. In my spare time I am able to produce 2-3 litters a year.
Whelping is a family affair, when we welcome a litter most of the work is done between our living room and kitchen. I sleep next to mama on our couch with the babies for the first 4-5 weeks. Waking up every 2 hours on the hour for feedings.
**We do not live on a farm, with barn.
I have 5 kids, oldest is 14 and my youngest is 2. Our babies are exposed and handled by everyone in our home. Making them a well-balanced, cheerful happy pup that can fit perfectly wherever they go.
Our program is run out of our home, for the safety of our family and our dogs we don’t list it publicly.
Since we are a small hobby breeder, we don’t always have puppies available, but if you’d like to stop by and talk real estate, we can definitely set something up.
Yes! Absolutely.
I actually host a puppy open house for our newest family members to come by, meet us, meet our babies and their newest addition. This is usually after our 6 week well visit when we get our first set of boosters, microchip, wormer and clean bill of health.
TBD
Yes! I know.
I remember being on your end of the stick once. Those were the worst 6 weeks of my life. I strive to make that time less painful than it should be. I provide weekly pupdates with milestones reached, weight, pictures & videos so you can also watch your baby blossom before your eyes. In addition you can always call, text me if you have any questions at any time. So don’t hesitate.
Yes, our babies are health tested through Animal Genetics. Cleared health wise before a litter is planned.
